Cocoa Pop Over

カカオポップオーバー

材料: 6個分

Eggs L  卵Lサイス  3個 (常温にもどす)

Milk  牛乳 300cc

Bread flour 強力粉 260cc 

Cocoa Powder ココアパウダー  大さじ3

Salt  塩 小さじ1/2

Sugar  砂糖 大さじ3

Coffee Ice cream  コーヒーアイスクリーム 500g

Blue Berry  ブルーベリー 60g  


Directions:

1.Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk in milk.

2.In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.

3.Pour 70% of egg milk mixture and stir.

4.Add in the remaining liquid and rest 15 minutes.

5.Oil the cupcake bake ware and pour mixture till 70% full.

6.Bake at 200 Celsius for30minutes till golden

7.Sandwich Ice cream and blue berry.
